About the Founder – Mark Feinberg
With over 30 years of experience in the new vehicle franchise automotive sector, Mark Feinberg is a recognized industry leader, bringing expertise in accounting management, financial oversight, project execution, and systems migration. During his 15-year tenure at AutoNation, Mark played a pivotal role in transitioning 250+ rooftops to CDK’s multi-company Back Office Consolidation platform, establishing AutoNation’s Shared Services Center in Dallas, TX, and standardizing fixed operations setups and pricing across brands and markets. Additionally, he contributed to the initial rollout of CDK Service, shaping its early development.
As Chief Financial Officer for multiple dealership groups, Mark expanded his skill set by leading business transitions across HRIS systems, merchant accounts, banking integrations, CRM platforms, BDC implementations, and MSP partnerships. His deep understanding of financial and operational impacts due to process and system changes ensures that every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and strategic foresight.
Mark’s extensive professional network spans fixed operations management, legal representation, banking and merchant services, technology solutions, marketing, finance compliance, inventory management, and sales strategy—allowing him to address complex dealership challenges with expert insight and efficiency.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Georgia, Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in accounting from Tulane University. Beyond his professional expertise, he is passionate about guiding dealerships through transitions, minimizing business disruption, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a stable, growth-driven work environment.
